After a wholesale application has been submitted with the appropriate documentation- you will be notified if your wholesale application was approved and that you are able to log in to view wholesale pricing/availability. 

Due to product availability and ability to process orders, there may be a waiting period for approval of a qualified wholesale account. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the quality and availability of our orchid plants.  Thank you for your interest in our products and for considering us as your orchid supplier.

At this time, we are only providing wholesale options for customers within the USA - we are unable to export plants. 

AS OF 8/29/24, Wholesale ordering, terms, and conditions are as follows**:

Minimum order quantity:

 All wholesale orders must have a complete cart of $100 minimum after discounts + S/H. Any orders less than this amount will be charged a 3% cancellation/card processing fee with the remainder refunded. 

Ordering timeline: 

We suggest you place orders for "finished" plants 3+ weeks prior to when plants are needed. For non-blooming plants, 1-2 weeks is suggested. 

Payment: 

All payment for plants is due at time of ordering. Net payment terms are not offered at this time.

Shipping: 

Shipping is sent at-cost for the service that was selected. At times, the website may calculate the shipping cost incorrectly. If any adjustments need to be made, we will contact the customer to confirm pricing difference prior to shipping and send a revised invoice, if needed. All shipping costs are to be paid PRIOR to order being shipped.

Cancellations: 

If you cancel your order after it has been staged for shipping, a restocking fee of $50 will be applied to cover the additional labor costs and the return of unsold plants to our growing spaces. For large quantity orders that require weeks/months of planning with specific bud/flowering stage requirements, cancellation may not be possible.
